Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Placement

  • Customers must create an account and log in before placing an order.

  • After successful payment, you will receive:

    • An order confirmation receipt via your registered email address.

    • A confirmation SMS to your registered mobile number.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed from the following Monday.

  • Orders placed on weekdays will generally be processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability.

3. Packaging & Dispatch

  • Depending on the size and type of your order, items may be shipped in a single package or multiple packages.

  • Packaging and shipment details will be available on your Order Tracking page after dispatch.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the product.

  • The estimated dispatch or delivery time, where applicable, will be mentioned on the individual product listing.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are applicable to all orders.

  • A shipping fee of ₹60 per kg will be charged based on the applicable shipment weight.

  • The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Tamil Nadu: Within 3–4 working days

  • Other Regions: Within 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, shipping location, courier service, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Delivery Information

Delivery will be handled by our designated courier partners. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and a reachable mobile number while placing the order.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the registered email address/mobile number or made available on the order tracking page.
