📦 1. Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange, subject to the conditions below.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

The video must:

Be recorded from the beginning of the parcel opening.
Clearly show the package, product, and any damage or defect.
Be unedited and without any cuts.
Be submitted along with your exchange request.

Without a valid unboxing video, an exchange request may not be approved.

⏰ Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

📲 2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

Step 1: Record a clear, uncut unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Step 2: Send the video to us via WhatsApp:

Step 3: Our team will review the video and verify the exchange eligibility.

Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

📦 Product Condition

The product must be:

Unused and in its original condition.
Returned in the original packaging.
Accompanied by all accessories, if applicable.

🚚 Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your doorstep after the exchange request is approved.

Important: If you choose to return the product using a self-arranged courier service, the courier charges will not be covered by us.

💰 3. Refund Policy

No cash refunds will be provided for product returns.

Only product exchanges are applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to our exchange eligibility conditions.

🔁 4. Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is verified, the replacement order will generally be processed within 2–3 business days.

⚠️ 5. Important Exchange Conditions

Please ensure that:

🎥 A clear and continuous unboxing video is available.
✂️ The video contains no cuts or edits.
📦 The product is unused.
🏷️ The original packaging is retained.
🧩 All accessories, if applicable, are included.
⏰ The exchange request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

❌ 6. Cancellation Policy

✅ Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment.

🕐 Cancellation Within 1 Hour

Orders cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation charges.

⏳ Cancellation After 1–3 Hours

For cancellations made 1–3 hours after placing the order, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.

🚚 After Dispatch

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

📅 Delayed Orders

If your product has not been shipped within 10 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

💳 7. Refund Processing Time

For eligible cancelled orders:

Refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider and bank, the amount may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
